Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In and Accommodation
- Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.
- The company reserves the right to change hotels or accommodations due to unavoidable circumstances, and suitable alternatives will be provided.
2. Transportation
- Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be at the traveler’s disposal.
- Air-conditioning in vehicles will not operate in hilly areas for safety and operational reasons.
- In case of a vehicle breakdown, travelers are required to wait while repairs are made.
3. Pricing and Package Changes
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen factors, including but not limited to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking, flight cancellations or rerouting, or restrictions at destinations.
- While the company will make every effort to arrange alternatives, no refunds or compensation claims will be entertained in such scenarios.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- The company reserves the right to cancel bookings even after payment confirmation without assigning any reason. In such cases, the company will refund the full amount paid by the guest.
- Once registration is confirmed, bookings cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged.
5. Code of Conduct
- The company reserves the right to dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior, physical or verbal assault, or activities that disrupt the group. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are solely responsible for their belongings, safety, and conduct during the tour. The company will not be held liable for:
- Mishaps, theft, or loss of personal items.
- Injuries or accidents during the tour.
- Illegal activities, including possession of banned substances or engagement in unlawful acts.
7. Additional Terms
- The itinerary is subject to change based on operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- Entry restrictions or closures at certain destinations are beyond the company’s control.
- Travelers must follow all instructions from the tour manager or guide for a smooth travel experience.
